The technology developed on our grass subsoiler provides the ultimate low disturbance leg assembly for those looking for minimal soil disruption at the surface whilst achieving good soil structure at depth in lower profiles below the surface.

Autoreset

  • The best auto-reset on the market with three safety functions; high lift, side swing and shear-bolt.
  • Hydraulic system incorporating an accumulator with a secondary bladder accumulator for a fully enclosed auto-reset system.
  • Hydraulic reset allows break-back pressure to be varied to suit conditions.

Leg Types

Conventional arable with 3-piece wing, shin and point. This combination is superior to 1-piece units as it allows the parts to be worn out more efficiently. Points and shins are held on by a single roll pin and the wing by a single bolt. Legs are hard faced to prevent soil flow producing taper wear at the rear.

For low disturbance, grass disks and grass legs can be fitted. This is the ultimate low disturbance, low horsepower leg assembly.

Standard Features

  • Hydraulic roller/hydraulic depth control – all machines come as standard with hydraulic depth control and indicator. This allows depth to be changed to suit conditions.
  • Sprung loaded disks.
  • Marine spec Nikrom ram rods – extremely reliable.
  • 400 brinnel materials used for high stress areas.
  • Load bearing areas are bushed and have large pins.
  • In line legs maximise the lift. Toplink adjustment can be used to compensate for wear, extend life and reduce running costs.
  • Patent pending Slot-Cam tilt function enables point pitch to be optimised for lift and wear performance on different soils.
  • Best wear part system. Hook and pin shin is reversible and one roll pin on point holds everything in place.
  • Reset trips up and back to minimise stress and prevent stones rising to the surface.
