Values & ETHOS
INNOVATION
Before we go forward with any new product we ask ourselves three questions:
- Is it a functional product? It has to work properly and deliver desirable outcomes. If it is not technically correct, we won’t do it.
- Can we make a difference? There has to be an innovative step where we add something and can make positive change.
- How can we continually improve? At no stage should you think your product is perfect. We are always trying to evolve and improve in a process of continuous review and refinement.
We also have the ability to be agile and react quickly to changes or trends in the market with our in-house design team and production. A good idea or required change can be in production same day if required.
Integrity
We will always give customers the best advice we can in terms of what product they need. We won’t sell them a product that won’t work for them or they do not need.
Environmental
Government legislation is geared to reduce carbon release and increase sequestration. Both our products are geared to allow this to work in a cost-effective manner.
Knowledge & Support
We know farmers don’t work regular hours. We regularly take and respond to service and support requests at all times as our products are working in different time zones.
We are well versed in good agricultural practices and work with customers closely to derive successful outcomes. In Ireland, we probably have 90% of the direct drill for grass our product is exceptional but it is the backup and support that we provide that really makes the difference. It is getting to the point that if its not an Agriseeder, don’t come and do the job.
